1.No Refund Policy
All payments made to GrowthHive Media are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
•Digital marketing services
•Advertising management fees
•Strategy, consultation, setup, or onboarding fees
•Monthly retainers or one-time service payments
Due to the nature of digital services and resource allocation, refunds are not possible once payment is processed.
2.Service Commencement
Services may begin immediately after payment confirmation. Once work has started, the transaction is considered fully utilized.
3.Cancellation Policy
• Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice via email.
•Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
•No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused days or remaining periods.
4.Advertising Spend
• Any ad spend paid directly or indirectly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable.
•GrowthHive Media is not responsible for refunds, suspensions, or policy actions taken by third-party platforms.
5.Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, ROI, or rankings. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6.Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through Stripe or your bank, you must contact us first.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
•Immediate suspension of services
•Permanent account termination
•Legal recovery of dues and dispute fees
7.Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
